Dynamic Characteristics Test and Research of Machine Tool’s Structure Based on VTB Technology
To obtaining VMC0540d machine tool’s dynamic characteristics, on the base of the theory of modal analysis, experiment test, parameter identification and signal analysis, the single input multiple output(SIMO) recognition method was used for VMC0540d machine tool’s modal test based on variable time base technology. Variable time base technology is used to sample excitation signal and response signal by different frequency. The modal test process of VMC0540d machine tool is described. Modal analysis, parameter identification, relative signal analysis and experiment method are discussed. The system dynamic characteristics were exposed well by experimental modal analysis result and lay a foundation for machine tool’s dynamic optimization.
