Research of Factors on Impacting Internet Information Credibility based on Electronic Commerce Users Demands
Credibility is a structure based on the users’ cognition and is the subjective judgment and the assessment from the users. The distortion of the network information exists in the link of “information source-information channelaudiences under the open network environment. The factors on impacting Internet information credibility include dependence degree, information involvement degree, social factors, and information types and so on of Internet-users to network media. Because the Internet-users are not specific and intimate groups of people any longer and the traditional access control model does not take the strength and weakness of passing the authentication mechanism by the Internet-users into account; therefore, for the purpose of solving the mentioned above problems, laws and regulations must perfected, credibility system must be constructed, redundant communication channel must be reduced, Electronic Commerce information credibility must be improved and good Electronic Commerce Internetwork information environment must be established.
