On the Collision and Avalanche Property of Two Families of Binary Sequences From Elliptic Curves
This paper introduce two families of pseudorandom binary sequences constructed from elliptic curves, which having been proved to have good property of distribution and self-correlation. Based on the properties of exponential sums, the sufficient conditions are proposed so that these binary sequences having no collision and satisfying strong avalanche, and several concrete constructions are given, which provide strong potential applications in pseudorandom number generators and cryptography.
