The Development of Virtual Assembly System for the Missile Launch Power System

Launch power system is one of the key systems for cold launching; the missile launch power system virtual assembly simulation was designed. AutoCAD and 3DMax were used for the model building of the subsystem and parts. The knowledge base was built based on existing knowledge. Mainly according to the assembly process, the virtual assembly system was developed by using the virtual reality software Eon Studio. It optimized and validated the assembly process in time measurement. The virtual training platform was provided for academy teaching and troop training.
