Robust Control of Piecewise Affine Genetic Regulatory Networks

This paper introduces robust controllers for piecewise affine genetic regulatory networks by considering parameters uncertainties and deviations of the model. In practice, switching threshoId(ST) precise value is not usually known. Besides, uncertainties or variations in degradation and production terms can be occurred due to different reasons such as temperature variation. A technique is provided to extend previous controller and solve these problems simultaneously, which relies on finding a control law to satisfy conditions of the two neighboring hyperplanes. The proposed design method is illustrated via an example.
