New Actuator Structural Design of Brake by Wire System based on pro-E
Parameterization design was used on actuator structural design of brake by wire system. Based on pro-engineering software environment, internal developing program was utilized. Geometric parameter of brake disc, clamp, back up pad and transmissions was designed. Relationships of their basic parameter were built. In order to change from sketching to space outline, stretch and rotation technologies were utilized. Entity model was established through by coloration. Under pro-e software environment, through by all sorts of constraints conditions, spare parts can be assembled using spare part assembly function. Spare parts assembly of new structural actuator of automobile brake system was introduced; the whole flow chart of spare parts assembly was summarized. Design accuracy was improved and design time was reduced significantly.
