A In-System Programming Technique for the Field-Programmable Analog Array
This paper presents an implementation of In-system programming (ISP) for the small scale FPAA (FieldProgrammable Analog Array) based on JTAG. The proposed ISP is composed of ISP controller. High Voltage Block and JTAG registers. The ISP controller expends the functions of TAP by adding some control logics. The Dickson charge pump circuit was designed to programming/erasing EEPROM cells. The proposed ISP circuits have been designed in a 0.35μm CMOS+EEPROM process. Simulation results show that the proposed ISP meets the requirements of the small scale FPAA.
