A Method of PCB Image Registration based on the Feature Extraction of the Mark Hole
During the PCB defect detection.the prerequisite for defect detection is the choice of a reasonable method of image registration which make the detected PCB image and standard PCB image are precise alignment of the position in space.Otherwise you will make a lot of false detects.During the PCB manufacturing process,will be a hit in the four corners of a Mark hole.Because of the obvious edge features of the Mark hole.the great contrast with the surrounding background,and no interference with other devices,so we use Hough transform detect the center coordinates of the detected PCB image and standard PCB image,to get the rotation angle and zoom ratio of the two registration parameters and achieve the exact registration of the detected PCB board and standard PCB board.Using morphological method solve subtraction problem,and lay a good foundation for the PCB defect detection.
