Reasearch of the Critical Chain Buffer Setting Methods Based on Completion Probability

This paper researches critical chain management based on the index of completion probability, considers the resource constraint and the uncertainty of the project very completely, and it makes the project completion time have a guarantee. This paper draws the Monroe Method to estimate the probability distribution of the activity durations and forecasts procedures duration by using Fuzzy theory, and explores the critical chain buffer setting methods based on completion probability, then it gives an example to prove the feasibility of the method.
