Research on Data Integration System for Heterogeneous Source based on Ontology
In enterprise information system, there are a large number of original data and information resources where the data are heterogeneous and autonomic. Obviously, data availability alone is not at all sufficient for making meaningful use of the existing information, and thus how to provide a uniform access to heterogamous data source have received much attention over the pass ten years. Generally, data warehouse and mediator approaches are most common approaches to resolve this issue. In this paper we present a solution of data integration system for heterogeneous data source using the mediator approaches based on ontology.
