Design and Research of the Photoelectric Rectifying-deviation Sensor

摘要：

The rectifying-deviation sensor used in the automatic product line of strip is designed and researched. Applying the reflective sensor composed of Light Emitting Diode and two light dependent resistors, the position detection in the coiling process of strip is realized(edge guide and line guide). The position accuracy reaches ± 1 mm. the sensor researched has been applied in the factual product line successfully.
