RTX Task Information Management Systems

摘要：

a performance management system is the process of identifying, evaluating and developing staff work performance so that the organizations goals and objectives are achieved. The purpose of the performance management is to achieve win-win, double effect, and double incentives. For an enterprise, how to improve the staff performance is very meaningful because that directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, In order to enhance the function of monitoring and urging the employee tasks, we, in this paper, develop a task information management based on the RTX technologies. The system is developed on the RTX platform with the RTX development interface.
