Research on the Aquarium Enterprises Operations Mechanism Based on Core Competence Upgrading

China aquarium industry has been springing up as the development of tourism industry in recent years. However, a series of problems are affecting the aquarium industrys sustainable development By analyzing the operation and competition of aquarium industry in our country, this paper tries to identify critical success factors for the industry, and puts forward some advice on how to gain the core competence in the way of operating characteristics, scientific research and brand awareness, as well as the diversified development.
