MAS-based Emergency Response System to Be Aimed at Urban Traffic Accident
Emergencies caused by unban traffic accidents, often lead the transportation system into congestion and paralysis, conventional passive response has been proven barely able to resolve these traffic problems. This article introduces an intelligently distributive multi-agent system (MAS) which possesses selflearning capacity and builds a system based on it. This system, through timely detection and operation on relevant parameters of urban transportation, estimates the incidence of traffic accident, and carries out traffic control and special rescue operation, after rescue plan disaggregated into different levels, by the use of layer-wise accumulation and distribution method, can avoid accidents upgrading or causing new congestion, greatly improve rescue efficiency. Therefore, it is a modern intelligent transportation system which could achieve rapid response to urban traffic accident.
