Leadership Orientations and Job Satisfaction Affecting on School Organizational Culture: A Conceptual Model and Empirical Test

This research presents and tests a mode) of organizational culture in university. The results show that leadership of intuitive vision; people orientation and ethical orientation affect job satisfaction and organizational culture. Also, job satisfaction directly and positively affects on organizational culture. While the leadership orientations of administrators directly influence school organizational culture through job satisfaction. So we suggest that University should promote the leadership of intuitive vision orientation and ethical orientation to establish a good school organizational culture. School need to hold conferences to pass on management experience and improve leadership competencies.
