Research on Scientific Literacy Factor Model of Enterprise Staff
Guided by the theory of sustainable development, according to overall requirements of national construction of scientific literacy and based on research on outcomes of predecessors and content of relevant national documents, this research delineates the connotation and extension of scientific literacy in a scientific manner. From three dimensions of scientific knowledge, scientific personality and scientific capability, we construct the scientific literacy factor model of enterprise staff and carry out empirical analysis on the model. The model of scientific literacy describes composition factors of scientific literacy and the relation among different elements in a preferable manner.
