A Research on the Mechanism of Strategic Management Knowledge Transfer From MNC Headquarters to Chinese Subsidiaries
This paper attempts to figure out the influences of organizational characteristics on the strategic management knowledge transfer from MNC headquarters to the Chinese subsidiaries. According to the literature review, organizational relationship variables have more or less effects on the organizational performance. As the construct of knowledge quality was introduced, how will the relationship change? The influence of organizational characteristics on the attainment of strategic objective of Chinese subsidiaries was examined step by step. 113 Chinese subsidiaries were surveyed in the empirical research. Different phenomenon was depicted and explained under the unique Chinese market background. This paper will shed some light on the further research of strategic management knowledge transfer and the strategic management practices.
