An Analysis on the Influential Factors of Regional Technological Innovation Capacitys Difference in Chinas High-Tech Industries
The technological innovation capability directly restricts the formation of the sustainable competitive advantage of the high-tech industry. This paper aims to find out the key factors which restrict the promotion of technological innovation capability of high-tech industry and their relative importance. Based on the basic data of high-tech industries by 30 provinces in China, the paper distinguish the regional differences of high-tech industries technological innovation capability by using the factor analysis and cluster analysis. Study finds that the regional differences of technological innovation capability of high technology industry can be attributable to the five factors, the absolute value of technological input and output, the relative value of technological input, the relative value of technological output, financial support environment, intellectual capital.
