Analysis of Revenue Maximization in Chinese Family Business based on the Principal-Agent Relationship
In China and the rest of the world, family businesses as a unique mode of operation in the economic development of countries has played an important role. This paper studies on the basis of family business research in our country, then bases on the principal - agent relationship, a mathematical model by maximizing the return on the family business is analyzed. Analysts believes that there is an optimal operation of professional managers when the family business owners and professional managers are riskneutral, family businesses can get return maximization; two constraints are given because of the existence of incentive mechanism.
