Research for the Improvement of Medical Insurance Policy and Service System for Urban Residents
Health insurance for urban residents has been carried out for three years and has obtained steady development. However, through the investigation in Qinhuangdao, some problems such as inadequate coverage, fund-raising difficulties, and unreasonable network layout of medical institutions have been found. In order to achieve further development of medical insurance for urban residents and improve health care insurance policy and service system, some measures such as increase coverage, strengthen fund management, improve the security level, and strengthen the construction of community service center and reasonable integration and policy convergence could be taken.
