Concepts of Constructing College English Autonomous Learning Network System

摘要：

College English teaching in the Application-oriented colleges emphasizes the students English proficiency and their autonomous learning ability. Hence, the study of the English Autonomous Learning Network System is of treat significance. Based on the present material and previous researches, this paper proposes the concept of constructing the network system.
