Analysis on Mode and Process of Knowledge Transfer within Network Organization

摘要：

Network organization structure has gradually become the mainstream of organization structure as the increasingly dynamic, complex and uncertain business environment in recent years. The cells in the organization can be seen as independent nodes within the whole organization. Knowledge transfers among nodes which help the organization gain competitive advantage. Basing on the deep analysis on the connotation of network organization, this paper takes precise research and discussion on content, carrier, mode, and process of knowledge transfer between nodes within network organization.
