THERMO-MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF NANO-GRAPHENE BASED SYSTEMS
The use of highly efficient thermal dissipater is one of the primary requirements of highly sensitive and miniaturized components in modern machinery. Since graphene is a relatively new material, there exists very few theoretical works in literature and most of the experimental works are concentrated on the estimation of the electrical and electronic properties of graphene nanoribbons. In this work, we develop thermo-elastic properties coupled with a multiscale strategy using atomistic simulations and scalling these properties for use in effective medium theory based thermal conductivity analysis.
