Research on the Origin and Development of Knife Skills in Chingpo Nationality from Social and Cultural Angle
Chingpo nationality is cross-border nationality, and its special knife culture is formed in the long-term production and life. First of all, this article gives a brief introduction to the origin of the knife skills. Then it discusses the mutual dependent and promoting relationship between the knife skill activities and culture. Also it summarizes the content, the features and the value function of the knife skills in Chingpo nationality.
