摘要：

To construct a more scientific, comprehensive sports sun effectiveness evaluation index system, the sports of the sun from the technology, methods, institutional arrangements and the concept of innovation level to the level of countermeasures, to new heights in this study, new ideas and new initiatives to build Sunny Sports effectiveness evaluation index system, so that this work effectively to achieve strategic breakthroughs and substantial advance, so that health first guiding ideology in the schools from the strong position established, effective promote adolescent physical health.
