So it can spread widely and lasting. Expand the volleyballs population as much as possible. Make it become a useful way to train volleyball successors in the future. Fitness Volleyball also call the fitness recreational volleyball, is conflict with the competitive volleyball on the Conception. It is developed by the volleyball fitness and entertainment. As the Fitness Volleyball putting forward, it is consistent with citizens fitness requirements, but it is different from professional volleyball sports, and it covered with volleyball fitness which represented a variety of soft volleyball.
