By using questionnaire, data were collected and showing that more than 80% of these high-level athletic graduates are working in an area unrelated to their sports specialty. Among them, none are employed by government agency, and nearly 50% of them are employed by state-owned enterprises, they demonstrated high competences to work in state-owned enterprises during their half years employment. Among all these working graduates, 50% of these graduates found their job using resource from their parents, relatives and friends. The result indicates that these athletic graduates have higher than average general quality and adaptability to their jobs. But they also show lower than average English and Computer skills, which are drawbacks of their workplace success. Current students expect higher income than current graduates actual average income. However, theres no significant geographical difference between current students expectation and graduates workplace. 70% of these current high athletic graduates are working in east China regions, no graduates is working in west-north China regions. While making the choice or decision of a job, graduates think employers development space is more important than their personal development spaces, while current students valued personal development spaces as their most important factor of job choice.
