Investigation on the Evaluation of Body Configuration Index on Elite Junior Male 100m Sprinters in China

摘要：

Questionnaire, inquisition, expert interview and photogrammetric method were used to analyze and appraise the body configuration index of the elite junior sprinters. The countermeasure of training based on the results was established for the future development. It shows that the index of the body configuration which is used in the selection of the elite junior sprinters has already reached to the right level in our nation, but the length of lower limbs length A/body height×100 and lower limbs length C/lower limbs length H×100 is low and the Quetelet index which shows the balance between the avoirdupois and stature is also low.
