Research on Situation of PE Teachers Educational Qualifications in Xinjiang
PE teachers educational qualification is the only standard to measure the level of professionalism and the ability of vocational work. This paper investigated and studied the educational qualification of PE teachers completely, carefully and deeply, who work at different; evels and kinds of schools in Xinjiang, using methods of investigating document, visiting experts and adding up data. Research indicated that the educational qualification of PE teachers in Xinjiang is lower than other provinces, minority national Peteachers lower than Han national teachers and there is little chance to promote PE teachers educational qualifications. Therefore, the first problem to be solved urgently for workers in Xinjiang sports is to take measures to widen the road of promoting PE teachers educatioanla qualificatioans. then to eliminate the situation of low educatioanla qualifications.
