The Research on Intervention in Subhealth of High-level Women Talents
High-level women talents, as the backbone of workplaces, are more liable to physical and mental diseases, shouldering heavy burden from family and work. The 12-week intervention has been carried out in order to find out the main factors that influence their subhealth in Henan through the questionnaire method, instrument survey, experiment method, and mathematical statistic method. The findings are (1) the subhealth occurrence rate and the questionnaire scores of the subjects have respectively decreased 25.86% and 2.47 points, with marked differences (P <0.01); (2) the 9 biological indices (blood viscosity, vital capacity, oxygen deficit, cerebral blood supply, mood index, memory index, nerve force, reaction and pH value) of the subjects have been improved to varying degrees and with marked differences (P<0.01); (3) the subhealth state of the subjects can be greatly improved through effective measures against different subhealth types.
