The Application of Ontology Description Logic Reasoning In Judgement Of Maritime Accidents
Research of frequent occurrences of maritime incidents has brought the maritime accidents into the highlight In this paper, the ontological description logic reasoning theory has been applied in the development of the maritime accidents judgment system. With elaboration of the ontological description logic reasoning mechanism and the relevant theories, we introduce the construction of the maritime ontology (Maritime-Onto). We apply a logic judgment after conceptualize the actual issues of ontology, thus to achieve sharing of knowledge and mutual processing on the level of semantics among users. In the article, it has demonstrated the important significance for the ontological description logic reasoning in the judgment of maritime accidents by citing examples of judgment of major maritime accidents.
