Study on Meta-synthetic Technology of SBA
SBA (Simulation based Acquisition) is a new acquisition method. Its aim is to achieve the purpose of better, faster and cheaper by applying the modeling and simulation technologies synthetically into the whole acquisition process of complex product. A SBA HWME (Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering) system was established in this paper. Qualitative and quantitative methods were adopted in the HWME system to assist the design and evaluation process of complex product. With increasing knowledge from qualitative to quantitative, it can effectively support the early demonstration, concept exploration and project demonstration of weapons equipment. The SBA HWME system is consisted of Meta-synthetic Workshop, intelligent M&S system and decision support system. Its architecture and related key technologies are introduced in detail.
