Air Quality Evaluation Based On Rough Set-RBF Network
For there are many air quality assessment indexes and there exist more complex nonlinearly relation between them and air level, Therefore, this paper proposes multiple evaluation method based on rough set— RBF network , Firstly, use rough set theory to build the air-level knowledge representation systems. and use the improved heuristic attribute reduction algorithm, which based on entropy of information to get rid of redundant or unimportant indicators, through it receive the best property reduction;Then the reductive regulation is used to train the RBF network, which can optimize the networks structure ,and improve the networks ability of the nonlinear. Simulation results indicate that the networks speed of convergence is fast, the generalization ability is strong, and the results of evaluation is objective and reliable.
