Codebook-Based Method Fault Location in Power Telecommunication Network

摘要：

This paper introduces a solution, codebook-based method fault location (CBMFL) in power telecommmunication network (PTN) which includes Model-Event analysis method and 0-1 encoding algorithm to rapidly locate fault in PTN. Model-Event analysis method is the overall framework of fault location. Meanwhile, 0-1 encoding algorithm is our core algorithm. Our solution improves both the fault location time and accuracy, while discovering alarms in PTN. Compared to traditional fault location methods, CBMFL provides outstanding performance on locating fault.
