Solid State Laser Temperature Control Based on SPCE061A Microprocessor and Exponent Rapid Approximation Algorithm
This paper designs a double channels solid state laser temperature control system. Through changing the power of the TEC, this system makes the real-time temperature of the crystal go to the set temperature. In order to force the temperature of the crystal to be stable quickly, this paper creats a new algorithm which is called as exponent rapid approximation algorithm.
