Integrated Passenger Service System for Airport based on SARI
According to Simplifying the Business (StB) program initiated by IATA, an airport can offer passengers all travel-related services such as departure, transit, arrival, traffic access, travel arrangements, etc. As the information system coping with the expansion of airport services, Integrated Passenger Service System (IPSS) focuses on the full integration of various information resources and ensures the smooth communication between passengers and the airport Based on SARI architecture, IPSS is the extension and integration of an airports current systems, and its implementation plan can be derived by referring to present application framework, data storage, disaster recovery and maintenance mechanism and sharing of existing facilities and support team.
