Research on Video Image Based Detection of Night-Time Moving Vehicles

摘要：

Based on technology of computer vision and digital image processing, video image based on detection of Night-time moving vehicles and traffic incident is studied. Using the method of vehicle auto-lamp identification, moving vehicles detecting has been achieved in the no-lamp environment, and system development and testing has been completed. System application shows that the proposed method is correct and feasible, for the needs of expressway operations monitoring.
