Application of Factor Restructuring Analysis in Enterprise Safety Climate Evaluation

摘要：

The enterprise safety climate index system, which consists of enterprise decision-making level, management level, and implementation level, is constructed based on the principle of SMART. A corresponding enterprise safety climate evaluation model adapting to the characteristics of this index system is presented with consideration of the constraint condition of data and by taking full advantages of factor system restructuring analysis and principal component analysis in data processing;this model provides objective way of evaluating the enterprise safety climate. Moreover, this model is to bridge up the gap of enterprise safety climate evaluation.
