The Automatic Control System of Mining Truck
This paper introduces the development and research situation of mining trucks automatic control system, then analyzes the safety monitoring and fault diagnosis system applying on the mining trucks. Considering the blind area around mining trucks, the paper proposes a design of safety monitoring alarm system using CAN bus technology, PLC technology and radar monitoring warning technology, and describes the detailed information of the installing. By the G1S/GPS/GPRS/GSM technology, production scheduling information processing system is designed and its feasibility is discussed. The paper finally discusses the application prospect of optical fiber gyroscope and pulse laser on the trucks for the future unpiloted mining trucks.
