A Risk Assessment Model based on Complete set of Rules and Immunization Theory
In order to improve the accuracy of risk evaluation system, an immune based risk evaluation system with complete rules set is proposed. It uses the monitored hosts basic information and vulnerability situation to analyze the static rules set, uses the results of the analysis which is needed by evaluation system to do a complete set of static rules operation. Depends on real-time attack on the situation, the division of active and inactive rule sets can speed up the process of intrusion detection on the attacks. Using results of the attack detection with an artificial immune-based method evaluate real-time network risk. Both the theory analysis and experimental results prove that this method can be an effective and feasible method to evaluate real-time network risk.
