A Study On Computer Network Information Ethics
In the 21st century, human has entered the Information and Internet age, the wave of social information is sweeping the globe. With the continuous improvement and maturity of information and internet technology, information network, changing the traditional way and condition of human life and survival and improving the development of polity, economy and cultural, becomes the most active and the most significant factor in our society. However, that phone fraud, SMS fraud, hacker intrusion and cyber manhunt, etc have brought unprecedented great threats and challenges to personal privacy, intellectual property, financial operations, life security and national security. The interest conflicts and moral dilemmas between individuals, groups and countries caused by the wide application of information technology are increasingly prominent, such as Yeale VS Monmilk and Tencent VS 360. Nowadays, the information globalization has become an irreversible historical trend. With the rapid development of information network technology, our social life has suffered exhaustive impingement, which brings about opportunities to human, meanwhile, but also the ethical issues.
