Finite Element Method and Finite Volume Method Based on B-Spline

摘要：

The B-spline has compact support and good smoothness, being a clear expression, etc. So the differential equations were solved using B-spline that are susceptible to the calculation of stiffness matrix to improve computational efficiency. This study uses the advantages of structure quadratic B-spline basis functions, respectively, finite element and finite volume solve boundary value problem, which is calculated by numerical experiments and verified the validity of the method.
