The Measures to Solve the Western Water Environment Problem

摘要：

Based on the water environment in Western China, the analysis of grim situation and problem, the past water-related environmental and regional economic development, a summary of theoretical results ultimately tries to give western water management measures and recommendations of environmental issues. This paper analyzes that the water environment in the western region should follow the ecological development of water supply and demand balance to the ecological principles to the economic development of economy and poverty alleviation on the center to focus with the gradual improvement of water conservancy construction in the western. People living and production conditions on supply and demand in the western state of water resources of the future predictive analysis are based on the future of western water environment.
