Fuzzy Control of Hydraulic Servo System Based on DSP

On the basis of high-speed switching valve of hydraulic servo system, the complex mathematical model of nonlinear hydraulic servo system was analyzed and constructed. A intelligent Fuzzy control method using TMS320LF2407A DSP chip as primary processor was put forward. The simulation results show that the control strategy has a better effect than the conventional PID control has. And the nondifferential control of the system has been basically achieved.
