Improving Proposal Evaluation after 209T Bogie Welding Crack

摘要：

Adopted the Main S/N curve method for evaluating the fatigue life prediction, comparing the fatigue life improved 209T bogie welded structure to the riginal structure, the program obtained improved fatigue life than the original structure has been greatly improved.
