Study on Environmental Logistics Based on Cleaner Production
Based on the definition of environmental logistics, the target, the principle and the content of Cleaner Production were integrated and the necessity of cleaner production evaluation for Environmental Logistics system was put forward. According to the connotation of Environmental Logistics, the contents of the cleaner production evaluating for Environmental Logistics and the system of evaluation indicators were established. The contents for evaluation were intensive resources, ecological transportation, ecological storage, ecological package and the management of waste material logistics.The specific evaluation indicators included optimal resources distribution, transportation rationality, automobile fuel cleanness , warehouse location rationality, rational storage layout, recovery utilization rate of packaging materials, influence on environment, waste material recovery and reuse. The evaluation methods of cleaner production suitable for Environmental Logistics were discussed finally.
