Knowledge Management Perspective Dimensions of Dynamic Capabilities

摘要：

Based on the knowledge management perspective of the theory of dynamic capabilities, through reviewing the content and the nature of knowledge management, this paper reviews the existing definition of the concept of dynamic capabilities, explore the knowledge, organizational ability and the relations among dynamic capabilities, deep analysis of the dynamic capabilities of knowledge management activities , proposed a concept based on the new knowledge base dimensions constitute the framework of dynamic capabilities.
