An Empirical Research on Logistics Mode of Commercial Enterprise E-commerce
This paper explains the content of the self-logistics, and the second and the third party logistics, then develop an empirical analysis of the commercial enterprises e-commerce, taken a reasonable choice of logistics mode as the goal, criteria were low shipping fee, fast and accurate delivery, safe delivery, qualitative service, flexibility and controllability, self and third-party logistics for schemes. Empirical evidence shows that the thirdparty logistics is the best choice whether in practice or in empirical study, but the gap is not apparent comparing to the self-logistics. The first reason is operating characteristics of business enterprise E-commerce. Superiority of self-logistics for the commercial enterprise is insufficient to surmount the cost barrier for another reason.
