Research for the Realization of Enterprise Organization Innovation Based on TRIZ

As a complex system, the Enterprise organization innovation is a more important, and very difficult to express and solve the non-technical nnovation problems without a complete theory system. In the paper, the enterprise organization innovation principle is studied based on researching and extending of TRIZ, with the realization techniques.
