The Operator Workflow Analysis and Skill Standards Determined for Multi-ariety and Small batch Processing Post

According to the work characteristic of Multi-variety and small-batch processing post, the method of the traditional workflow design and the skill standards determined already can not meet its demands. This paper divided into a common content workflow, character content workflow and temporary content workflow three modules by means of the operator workflow analysis in the post. Using the classics work study method optimized the general content workflow and choosing the scene team completed the optimization on the workflows of other two modules. This paper established a new method of skill analysis, which taken Crombag skill define as the indication basis, and that each essential factor of the operator workflows as the analysis object carried on the skill analysis one by one. Through the module type workflows are designed in this paper, it is divided the work contents of the standard and ones of the flexible for the operator, adapts to the Multi-variety and small-batch processing post characteristics, promotes the post work ordering and highly effective; Established the skill analysis new method, its haracteristic is that skill analysis has the rationale and the objective basis, which educes the ingredients which the maker judges subjectively, and that its application provides detailed reference information for the operator training or recruitment.
